The discovery of the Maasplein

The Maasharbor will be redeveloped to give the barges out of the Rijnhaven a new port berth. Bureau Venhuizen suggest to give the open area of the Maasharbor a public function by making space for floating amenity. With natural boats, play boats, swimming boats and CIY-boats (construct it yourself-boats), the port could become a new and floating MAASPARK. It gives much space for private initiative.
